01Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Felswerk (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

02Description of the Service

Felswerk is a Security Knowledge Intelligence platform. It transforms organizational security evidence — penetration test reports, red-team operations, scanner output, incident records, and architecture reviews — into structured, connected, and enduring institutional knowledge; maps findings to industry frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, and CIS; and produces prioritized, evidence-linked context for security decisions.

03Account and access

• You authenticate through your organization’s supported single sign-on provider.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• Access is scoped to your organization. You may not share credentials or access with unauthorized parties.

04Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload malicious content intended to damage the platform or other users.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service.
• Use the Service to facilitate illegal activities or violate any applicable law.
• Exceed your subscription’s rate limits or usage quotas in a manner that degrades service for others.

05Data ownership

• Your data. You retain full ownership of all reports, findings, and data you upload. Felswerk does not claim ownership of your content.
• Processing. By uploading data, you grant Felswerk a limited license to process it for the purpose of providing the Service — analysis, mapping, and enrichment.
• Isolation. Your data is logically isolated by organization. Raw customer content — reports, findings, and identifiers — is never shared across organizations. De-identified aggregate statistics (Collective Intelligence) may be computed across organizations by default; administrators can opt out at any time, and aggregates are released only above a minimum cohort of contributing organizations, with statistical noise applied.

06AI and LLM usage

Felswerk uses large language models to analyze reports, generate insights, and provide natural-language querying. Your uploaded content may be sent to third-party AI providers (Google Gemini) for processing. We do not use your data to train models.

07Service availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and updates may cause temporary downtime. We will provide reasonable notice when possible.

08Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Felswerk, its creators, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

09Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these terms. You may discontinue use at any time by contacting hello@felswerk.com.

10Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
